I just, unfortunately, caught an episode of Rich Girls on MTV featuring, Ally "Clueless" Hilfiger talking about the famine in Ethiopia.
I am sorry but this shit is just [censored] awful , i mean shes talking about famine one minute then spending thousands of "daddys" dollars on bad clothes and shoes the next.
What the fuck is she on TV for ? she has no discernable talent other than spending money on shit!! So forgive me if i find her concern about the plight of people in Ethiopia a little hard to swallow. Smells like they're trying to make these [censored] aliens appear human.
Ahhhh thats better its good to vent you know !! Feel free to add anything thats pissing you off . . . . . . . .

What pisses me off is that you have to be a certain height to ride the rides at Knotts Berry Farm. It’s embarrassing to have to hang out in Camp Snoopy while your friends get to ride the 'big kids' rides. /forums/images/icons/frown.gif

Jealous? Jim, i am not jealous i am pissed that the lil whore has her own show for no other reason than her dads money! I pay to watch TV as we all do, and i am fed up with cheap talentless pap which is basically made for the intectually devoid assholes who inhabit this world ! How about an original concept for a change, a show with some people who actually have something to offer other than shoppin at Prada ?

Hey, there's nothing wrong with Camp Snoopy. I'd hang out there even when I was tall enough to ride.
What pisses me off is that there is a new law that makes it so the cell phone companies have to allow you to keep your old number if you switch services. So now all the different companies are advertising as if they just thought of it and it's a great service that only they provide.
Also, what pisses me off about Rich Girls and Simple Life is that people like to watch it because part of the dream of being rich is that you can get away with being a lot less intelligent and a lot more shallow if you are rich.
Bush's immigration policy still pisses me off too. Let's just piss on labor laws and go back to the golden age of exploitation and while we're at it we can deliver a slap in the face to all those who worked so hard to get U.S. work visas.
And I'm still pissed that Tommy Chong is in jail.
The way they package new toys in an impregnable plastic and wire-mesh container pisses me off too.
I'm still bitter over the times that I bought a dvd on sale only to find that a special edition of the same movie is about to be released.
My company gave me a $25 gift card for Christmas but it's only usable at certain stores which happen to have nothing that sells for less than $100.
Printers. All printers piss me off.
It ticks me off that I'm probably the only person who tips when I pick up take-out food.
I hate the way the British say 'take-away' or some crap instead of 'take-out'. I also hate the term 'tellie' instead of tv.
That character Telly from Sesame Street pisses me off too. So does Lewis Black because I know it's just a schtick but it still makes me laugh.
I hate that I can't tell when I have stopped venting and started being a whiny bitch. /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

Hmmm... what to vent about? I know. I hate how all these people at my school think they are gothic people because they dress up like a student from Hogwarts. Do we really need so many "individuals dressing the same? With their pale make-up, capes and black lipstick. Is all of this really necessary to make some sort of statement? Why not, instead, tell everyone "fuck you, you're going to die"? Even that would be better. Goddamn, I hate the poser goth kids! There are some people who are really like that, but they are so few in the crowd that the whole group is just [censored]. I say if you really want to be different walk around with a care bear shirt. I hope no one steals my care bear idea, then it might be a fad and I'll hate the care bear kids.

Asylum Seekers Piss me off, so do the home office, so does work, and time pisses me off to, does 10 mins at work last for like 30 mins, where 3 hours after work lasts about 90mins? I hate how time flies. Or doesn't Respectively.

For one, if i had the desire to shop at Prada i could, i have the money to do so, i have made MY money myself but i simply do not chose to shop at places like the afore-mentioned Prada as i have no desire to replicate the likes of Ally Hilfiger or any other pretentious [censored] who wear labels for the sake of the label, despite wether it actually looks good or not, you may deem it good fashion sense Jim but your opinions on fashion do not really carry much weight with me if that is the case !
The problem with the money is that it is was given to her for nothing as was the TV show, she has no [censored] clue of the value of money, life or anything for that matter so if she chooses to try and "school" me on world issues, forgive my cynical tone but "she can kiss my ass".
and Jim, i never said you can't dream about it, but my dreams and aspirations have more substance than being a spoilt teenage girl with a shit TV show !!
*sigh*

I have to agree with Matt1, Amish people piss me off.
Especially when I'm behind them in Wal-Mart, and they are WRITING A CHECK FOR A TELEVISION, BUT HAVE NO PROPER ID. Aren't Amish people electrically challenged? So why are they buying a damn TV? And why don't the women shave? But I digress...

So, what gripes my grande?
-People who can't just pass you on the road--they have to almost hit your bumper, just to try and scare you in the process.
-People who complain about my music or try to change the CD/station while I'm driving them around in my car.
-Working with pregnant women, who are moody and loud.
-Friends who are 'happy' trying to tell me I need to try harder to find a good girl.
-The kind of people who think 'masochist' and 'emulate' are 'big words'.
-People who try to control/manipulate me.
-My 'best friend' who went after the girl I liked...bastard.
-Thin divas who think they're all that, and dress up like Britney Spears to offset the fact that they just got glasses.
-Trying to lose weight, and not being able to eat cookies, potatoes or bread.
-My pothead alchy friends, who don't give a shit about going out and doing anything besides drinking and smoking bud.
-Man, I gotta stop.

Don't play with my heart strings, Smurfette--I am in such short supply of decent women in my life. I think I'm having an early mid-life crisis. I felt sort of the same way when I watch Bridget Jones' Diary the other night. I sat in the middle of my living room with a bowl of Non-fat frozen yogurt crying. I just felt that I would be alone for my whole life. That wasn't a good feeling.

Whenever I find myself alone and depressed I do this little ritual which involves large amounts of alcohol and a general lowering of standards. Sure, it's a temporary fix and not a good way to meet Mrs. Right, but it's better than being alone. Lately though, I've been seeing a girl who's really good for me. It's Luck, as much as anything else.

[/ QUOTE ]
Yeah, I have a lot of regrets now from my undergrad years, because I was so cautious I turned down some great opportunities. And, let me say, before the macho guys pounce on me, that my dad and grandfather died during my senior year, and on top of that, the girl I really wanted to go with (a friend and also a church girl with a wild side) ripped my heart out, knowing what I was going through, with little concern for my feelings. She basically led me on, for quite a while I might add, because she didn't want to hurt my feelings, but just wanted to be friends. Right.
Now, I'm not desperate, but I realize how nice it would be to have someone, because (well, I feel this way) I was so stupid in the past, and now analyze relationships too much. Sometimes I look for a reason not to talk to a girl I know I'm attracted to, because if I like them, I have a weak spot for them, and I can't be weak, or they'll find out and take advantage of me. Yes, that does make me sound like a pussy, but for just a second, imagine why my position might not necessarily be justified, but at least make some sense.
Anyway, I know kinda how you feel, Smurfy. It's difficult to strike a healthy balance between going out and looking, not portraying yourself as desperate (which everybody can smell a mile away) and being as cautious as you should be. And then there are all those musicians that say, "Just let go and it'll happen." I think I did have better luck when I was totally clueless about love, and hopelessly innocent. What gets me is when people say not to look, and that's when you'll find someone. How do you not look, if you know you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody special, especially if that is the dream you have that you most hopes comes true? How do you let that sink into your unconscious long enough for the right person to 'happen upon you that magical day'? I don't even know if I should be hopeful, if that's the case.
And you can bet, that pisses me off.
