In the Core.

That's entertaining for a friday night, and the idea is nice, but if you mix Armaggedon, Contact and Jules Verne, you've got a good idea of it.

Though, the acting is good enough and some piece of dialogue are really funny. I like the idea of X-ray for the screen wich give a view of the center of earth. And as a geologist myself, I like some findings in the core just fine. 7/10.

I had no interest in seeing it until I found out D.J. Qualls is in it. He's great. I saw him on Conan...and in 'The New Guy'...and I got some movie about Texas with him and Pacey from Blockbuster but I haven't seen it yet.

Thanks for the review. /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

Umm...he's the one who's supposed to save the world while watching Xena and eating Hot Pockets. I wouldn't have picked him out as a Dennis Quaid look-alike.

I'm going through comedies at the moment, nothing like theatrical anti depressants to release endorphins and make me laugh hard. Much better than Strawberry Icecream prozac /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

nah, I eat chocolate casually in moderation every few days. Volumptous amounts of chocolate within a day are really more a chick thing. /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif I probaby eat (chocolate) in a week what women go through in two days.
