Apparently, there is an algorithm that determines the U.S. Presidential election winner and it is HERE. (http://members.bellatlantic.net/~vze3fs8i/air/Elections.htm)
This could prove useful to those of us REALLY wanting this wanker out of office.

I think it's do-able. This election is going to get pretty dirty, methinks. I just hope if a Democrat gets it, it's someone besides Clark. I know that guy's up to no good.

I have to admit I haven't been keeping up. I was for a while there, but got overwhelmed. I was thinking good things about Gephardt. I'm not sure I want a Democrat in office. I'm really tired of the partisanship, but I do know I don't want Snatch in office anymore.

That's super cool. Shows that math rules the world. I'm more scared of Gephardt than I am of Clark. Gephardt seems to be pretty gutless.

I hate to get into politics on this board, but do you really want one those guys to replace Bush? Every single one of them wants to raise ALL of our taxes and everyone of them wants to subordinate our foreign policy to the United Nations. Several of them support the more radical Supreme Court Justices who look to European law when trying to interpret our Constitution! I don't agree with every decision Bush makes, but I sure do like having a red white and blue flag flying over the White House as opposed to that laughable baby-blue representation of the United Nations and I sure as hell like paying 15.35% income tax as opposed to 18...

eh, I'm voting for Clark. Not that matters too much in my state where even Ross Perot managed to get more votes than the democratic candidate (Clinton).

Fascinating. Total BS, but fascinating.

I think G.W. is going to win.

The democrats now have to hope that there is a terrorist attack on the US and that the economy tanks because things are looking up for Bush's administration on the homefront.

Basicly, democrats have to be very un-American to win... oh wait, so they just have to act normal. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

There really is no contest. The Democrats have already fired their biggest guns, bringing in Clinton to try to salvage California. This one's in the bag.

Yeah, right now all the candidates are just harping on how bad everything is, and not really offering any kind of alternative vision. Sometimes I feel like screaming, "I know Bush is bad, tell me why you're good!"

And what few alternatives they have offered up don't seem like they would resonate with most Americans, i.e. Howard Dean's proposed repealing of the tax plan.

Positivity always wins out over negativity, I think. Or I hope.

I had some high hopes for Clark. Before he announced his candidacy he was a candid, somewhat charismatic, highly intelligent fellow. He didn't choose his words ever so carefully, he wasn't afraid to call himself a liberal. With his military background, I could see him posing a real challenge to the President. But the angry far left have stuck with Dean, who is about as charismatic as a dead fish.

Add the fact that at next year's Republican convention in New York, Giulliani is going to be one of the keynote speakers, along with Schwarzenneger.

And don't even get me started on Terry McCauliffe.

I heard Clark on a show a while back and couldn't believe he actually stopped the show, live on the air, to call a handler to find out how he should answer a question... I don't even remember the question now, but that is a moot point- someone vying for the Presidency should have some convictions and some inherent idea of what they stand for.

I didn't see that, but there has been a definite change in him since he started running. It's a shame.
