In this crazy world we live in there are only two truths, One, if you want to survive you have to carve out your own space and two, fighting solves anything and everything, so I have combined both and come up with a little weekly poll Event I like to call..BUM BUM BUM

So why we just hop right on in there and get this started.
Todays fight is from the recently released Matrix revolutions, the final battle seemed to for some reason remind me of Lord zod. Maybe is my freaky weird obssesion with the man, the legend that is Zod. Or perhaps it was just that revolutions was so dumb i had to use my imagination and thing of a good movie, Regardless, I began to wonder. What if Lord Zod fought Neo, Who would win.

Listen, I don't care if you like the movie or not, but if you are going to say something idiotic like "revolutions was dumb" then I am going to point out that you may be too dumb to understand it and that is why you make such an ignorant statement.
Anyway, which Neo? Inside the Matrix Neo or outside of the Matrix Neo?

Look i dont want to get into a flame war, this is an opinion I have of the movie. It is not the cold hard truth because even though I may think it dumb, you can love the movie. So just dont take it too personal. The movie was entertaing. I had problems with parts of it.
And its definately Matrix Neo. Normal Neo could get his ass kicked by Gary Coleman. Not much of a fight for Lord Zod.

You said it was "dumb" and that has a specific definition, and that is to what I was responding. It was the opposite of dumb (in other words, written for a sophisticated audience).
Neo would destroy Zod. Zod is just a super-anti-hero but Matrix Neo is a demigod.

What was the coolest thing Zod ever did? Throw a bus at Superman? Come on! Even in the real world, Neo was just thinking sentinels into exploding. Zod would be a nice, warm bowl of flaming goup if he tried to mess with Neo.

Droogan, but throwing a bus was an impressive feat back in those days, if zod were around today he'd kick superman's ass with a bit more hollywood magic too.
I guess zod might lose if he;'s already been through that chamber, it would be bad enough that hes a normal human, but to have that crushed hand too. its kinda like my foot vs an ant

The way I see it though, in a fair fight, Zod would be stuck with whatever special effects they could come up with when the movie was released. Of course it does put Zod at a disadvantage, but that's Zod's problem.
Yeah, who'll kneel before Zod now? He's not so big and bad with his crushed hand and his powers taken away. Is there a dumpster nearby?

But Neo is Blind, so zod has sight over him. and since zod is not a machine there is no way for neo to see him. None, zod would just wait in the bushes next to trinitys house and when neo comes out from a nice game of doctor, Zod hits him in the head with a shovel, wam bam thank you mamm

I cast my lot with Zod. I mean, just check the stats:
Zod's Powers
Flight
Super Strength
Telekenesis
Heat Vision
Cold Breath
X-Ray Vision
Neo's Powers
Flight
Super Strength
Telekenesis
That's three counts Zod has Neo beat by. It would be a tough battle, but in the end Zod would triumph.
Also, I hate to be a stickler but it's General Zod, not Lord.
zod is a great fighter dont get me wrong but neo would destroy him

No surname makes a bigger impression than "Lord"--he just might've graduated to Lord, if only he had had what it took to beat Superman. As it turns out though, he was trapped in the glass. Just goes to show, despite his icy breath and other "super powers", that he can be defeated pretty easily.
The real question is, who would win, Superman or Agent Smith. If you've seen Revolutions, you can see why that is a more relevant question.

I actually could've been a jock, but I shun the limelight. I was a nerd, a geek, a dork, a jock, a loner, a popular guy, all rolled into one. I crossed so many boundaries, but ultimately was only content with the serious nerds. Not for self-aggrandizement or self-effacement, just for fun.
Why? Because of Zod speaks the Queen's English? Zod is Old World, Neo is a newer better model. Zod is fey. Also, Neo has good on his side, and anyone knows good always triumphs. That's my humble opinion.
