I'm thinking to myself, it's time for a Yiddish rap (love song). You know, Yiddish is a very underrated language. Check this out.

I was hanging with my bubbe and the rest of my mishpacha
When along comes a goy with a shayna punim.
He had the pupick of a goy but the tuchis of a khazer
I took him to my luntslite
I gave him kosher nosh, he gave me the glik
To make a megillah short
I married the shagitz
Oy, what a mensch.

bubbe = grandmother
mishpacha - family
goy = non-Jew
shayna = pretty
punim = face
pupick = belly button
tuchis = buttocks
khazer = pig
luntslite = crib (home town)
kosher nosh = jewish food
glik = happiness
megillah = long story
shagitz = non-Jewish male
Oy = as in oyisims (jewish expressions)
mensch = nice boy (gentleman)

I don't know much about you, but from the way you rap, I would recommend you not give up your day job.

It's a parody. My day job is......writing parodies. You're saying I'm not good at it? Please don't tell my boss.

No, no. Yiddish just isn't something you can write, in my opinion. It's all about how it sounds.

I don't know whether you're good or not--I'm assuming that if that's what you do full-time, you must have some talent!

I sincerely hope you're not Weird Al or any band member or relation incognito.

Ok.......but just between you and me.

Pretending to be Weird Al, one of his band members, or any of his relations is a very serious thing. That is no joking matter!

"That is no joking matter!"

Only if you really really like me.....I mean....if you really really like Al.

I used to write parodies when I was on the tennis team..My favorite one was Una Nacho which went to the 98 degrees tune Give Me Just One Night (Una Noche) something like that. It was great.

Ok, so what's an "e" between friends. Ummm.....I guess that would be "frinds".

Please do and post it.

My allegiance to Al runs much deeper than those most commonly quoted songs. I'm here to represent for the less popular albums: the most recent 'Poodle Hat', 'In 3-D', and so on. Al is the be-all and end-all of parodying, and one need look no further for inspiration than my very own close personal friend, Al.

I think Eminem hates Al. But then Eminem is a Weird Al wannabe. That's my take on it. (You right DL. Al is my pal. He da bomb. He's the booger topping on my snot pie.)

Reminds me of an old Al favorite, "Got a boogie" /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Eminem doesn't hate Al, as Ian pointed out to me. He just wouldn't allow him to parody his video. Still enough to make me not like him, but, at least he's not as bad as Coolio.

Coolio? Coolio? Coolio's my man. Who do you think told him to wear those pretty pigtails or dreadlocks or whatever you call them things.

You might want to have somebody look into that. You do know he's washed up, right?

Sweetie, in my neighborhood, Coolio's the cat's ass, so to speak.

Coolio or whatever sold out when he did the theme song to the now defunct show entitled 'Kenan and Kel.'

Selling out to Nickelodeon. Can it get any lower? I don't think so.
