The last thing I bought were the Bravo Two Zero and Caveman's Valentine DVDs. Both were worth the cash.

I picked up the new White Stripes, and I finally got the latest Red Hot Chili Peppers. I know I'm behind, but dammit it's so easy to download these days...

I rented Bravo Two Zero awhile ago never having heard of it. Definitely an awesome movie, very different from the Hollywood Militia Fetish that has crapped out some bricks over the past few years. I wouldn't expect anything less from an indy film from the UK.
Last thing I purchased?
Tix to a Reel Big Fish show. I don't listen to ska much anymore but the fun I have at the concerts is unmatched compared to other genres. I think I bought Zelda:WW before that.

I haven't bought a DVD in a while. Here's the last 5 CDs I've bought:
Pete Yorn "Day I Forgot"
Brad Mehldau "Largo"
White Stripes "Elephant"
AFI "Sing the Sorrow"
Morrisey "The Best of Morrisey"

I almost bought the Miyazaki DVD's, but didn't.
Then I thought about picking up the new Harry Potter, but they sold out.
And, uh well as far as CD's go...anyone want to burn some cool music for me. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

Just got Futurama season one and Age of Mythology for the PC. Thinking hard about Family Guy season one, too, but I just don't know if it is worth it. Guess I'll stick to just Matt Groening shows for a while......

I just got films: The Bourne identity, Bridget Jones Diary, Muystery men, I was tempted to get clerks figures a comic shop supposedly had on sale but I never saw them inside and I never ask for help in any place.

Oooh... I just watched the Tap DVD recently. I loved the band commentary. Pretty funny how they stay in character throughout the entire thing. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

yeah, I love how Harry Shearer just keeps saying that all of the cast is now deceased
"He's dead"
"No, he's not"
"I mean he's dead on the inside... you can see it in his eyes"

Last two DVD's- "Harry Potter & TCOS" and "Brotherhood of the Wolf." I really wanted to get the three disc Canadian release of "Brotherhood", but I'm just a lowly master control operater for a 130+ market TV station... sucks being poor... But I digress, they're both good discs. The last CD I bought was the Snatch soundtrack. My girl REALLY digs the track they used when Turkish bet the hare would get "proper f***ed" and I gotta say, I REALLY dig what she does when I throw that disc in...

Out of those two I think I would rather own Harry Potter... and that's not saying much.

I've been using Netflix for several months now. I have absolutely no complaints, and it's nice to find the movies that I wanted to see a while ago but was ashamed to see in the theatre. Plus I don't have to leave the house.
