Go to this site (http://www.originaltrilogy.com) and do your part as a member of the human race. It would be a shame if the original trilogy was lost forever.

I really doubt Lucas cares. He's just going to keep on doing things his way.

I don't mind the original trilogy never being put on DVD... however, if Lucas keeps "Greedo Shoots First" then SOMETHING NEEDS TO HAPPEN!

That's what I'm saying man. He should at least go back and take that out, along with Han stepping on the almighty Jabba's tail for the Special Edition. But, I still feel that the original unenhanced version should be released. If it was lost that would be a tradgedy to cinema history.
I think an ultra-cool boxset of the original trilogy with both the special and original versions and loads of special features is in order. And where the hell is Indiana on DVD?

Indy is coming (with changes mind you... though I doubt it will be anything like what Lucas did with ANH).

yeah, cause indy is a well defined character, even after the films was the young indiana jones tv movies (or were they like a sort of extended series) and so we got to learn alot about indy from that.

I wonder if we are going to get the first 3 Indy movies on DVD before Indy 4 comes out.

Didn't Stan, Kyle, Eric and Butters cover this topic already?

Indy 4 just sends shivers up my spine. They longer they wait the worse it's gonna be. Harrison Ford is starting to look a little too crusty around the edges to be swinging from a whip while holding onto the current damsel in distress.

Academy Award winning makeup artistry will fix that. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

eother that or they'll probably get a dodgy CGI indy to do the really impressive stunts. Where are the days gone where stuntment did everything?

Rubber puppets and real stuntmen doing things that will kill them! Now that is my kind of Commiewood!
