Has anyone else been followint this?

I have watched it every week, and was quite dissapointed overall in the finale.

I loved watching Matt's response and all, but that lasted for about 5 minutes of the 2 hour thing.

What did you all think?

I don't watch reality TV.

Like Affleckie said, there was way too much crying for "The Network for Men." It did kinda drag on. I tuned out during the second half of it. The six people that were voting to see who got the 100,000 dollars should have all voted for Ralph. That would have been hilarious.

I don't either, but I was hooked since about 15 mins into the first episode. Usually I hate reality, but this series was actually really decent IMO. I had a great time watching it!

ESPECIALLY finding the words in the chocolate smeared on the naked chick!

mmmmmmmmmm chocolate arghghgherght

We were talking about it earlier in the Shows I Miss thread. I personally liked the show, but my thoughts are already written over there.

I'm not that into watching new shows this tv season. Nothing excites me anymore (I mean TV shows guys). I always catch myself watching Sex and the City re-runs (*drools* John Corbett*) then new shows. However, I love my big thurs. line up!

I know, but I wanted this to be a seperate thread about the last episode specifically. NOT about the series in a whole.

Yeah, it was too much of a clip show. Still, until the finale, that was a really funny show.

I actually watched an episode of Joe Schmo and my only question is: When is that show on!? It is the funniest thing I have ever see, because everyone is so weird and the guy still has no clue.

Well, what if the next guy figures the show is being done by Spike and suspects it of being Joe Schmo 2?

They'll have to play some angle like they did on Joe Millionaire 2. Like, they could tell the Schmo that the joke is on someone else when really it's on her.

So they'd be tricking an actor?

Exactly, or a wannabe-actor more likely. Some of the actors from Schmo weren't really actors (Earl and Brian for instance). Or even better, get two Schmo's and convince them they are playing a trick on each other.

But with two, how would they have the cast meetings?

What am I, a studio exec? /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif They have on meeting with the cast and Schmo #1. Then, while Schmo #1 is having some down time they have a cast meeting with Schmo #2. I don't know, I'm just figuring they'll find a way to do a sequel because the show was successful. /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

Well, they found a way to do Joe Millionare again. They'll figure out this one. Then no one will watch it.
