He's great in comedies, excellent timing, he was awesome in ALI, and his rapping, while not heavy on the curses and naughty talk, is fun.

I loved him as the Fresh Prince and in other projects, but I've never been a fan of his music...I don't think I've ever heard it though so that could be why...

well you'll be glad to know that he was dumped by his record label, sony, because the record label said he was too old and dilapidated for kids these days to understand but he has proved his worth in the crossover to films. So that would have nothing to do with the fact kids like rap with sweariing, drug references and sex in then, and will smith never having really sung about those but nice happy rapping? no Sony? didn't think so!

Homebase is the most fun rap album ever, well maybe Crushin' by the Fat Boys is, but it is a very fun and solid album. How could it be bad with Summertime on it.
