Moriarty has his review up at AICN. While I'm not inclined to completely believe his very positive review (They did, after all, fly the guy to CANCUN to visit "the set.") he suggests it is a very heavy R rated movie, like squeaks by into an R by the skin of its teeth.

Mid 80's? This is more like the evolution of the 60's beach movies. Have you forgotten about Bikini Beach, Beach Ball, Beach Blanket Bingo, Beach Party... I know there's a ton more but that's all I can think of off of the top of my head.

Well, I imagine this movie doesn't have the wacky evil landlord/scientist/dean that wants to ruin all the hip kids' fun, but I'm sure drunken vomitting is the modern equivalent.

This is a movie? Wow, I'm in. I keep seeing banners for this on websites. Since I automatically ignore most banners it didn't really click. Well, other than noticing a nice banner of some girls ass just to the right of whatever it was I was trying to read. Best. Movie campaign. Ever.

Chris, really. I almost punched my mother in the face when I saw the commercial on TV for this thing. I mean, it's being advertised as the first "reality movie". Reality movies are DOCUMENTARIES!! Even if the whole movie was chicks making out nude, I still wouldn't see it. It's this MTV style processed spring break makeout-naked-and-drink-shots-out-of-some-girls-[censored] style stuff that needs to be stopped. I agree with these guys, I'll stick with porn if I need to see that sort of thing. I mean your not gonna want to sit through that Real World style plot crap are you?
Anyway, I'm protesting this thing mainly for the fact that it is a "reality movie". Next thing you know they'll have an award category for best reality movie at the Golden Globes. Just you wait...
