If you're going to say Aki Ross, you really, really have to include a pic, bro man. In my opinion, animation never looked so good..

Don't get me wrong, She-ra was a honey, but I always had a thing for Evilyn. My therapist has made much of this in conjunction with my "pattern." He seems to not so much for the "lyn" part as the other bit.

If we're counting video games, I have an ex who looked like the Nina Williams from Tekken 2. Every time I played that game I remembered what an idiot I was about the whole thing.

Well, the Ex didn't play Tekken, but when I played I played as Nina, then pretended the opponent was whoever she was seeing. I couln't imagine her dating a bear, but then, she went out with me. More out of fun than deep regret. Mostly.

A bear and you have nothing in common. A small bear maybe because small bears are cute. Don't you let that girl getcha down Danger! They are just like fish; another one on a bicycle comes along every minute...umm...er...something like that.

I think I phrased my joke poorly. Should have been...
"Come on, man, don't be hard on yourself; plenty of people get beaten at Tekken. That doesn't make you an idiot.
I even know a girl who can whoop the layman's ass at that game. She actually looks kind of like Julia Chang. I dated her for a little while, but I was an idiot about the whole thing."
I love it when jokes go bad.
Moving along!
Knowingly or not you called me an idiot. I've used arcade violence in very similar ways. Thanks. Thanks a lot.

It was many years ago. I think I'm just in a nostalgic way lately. Just reconciled with somebody after about seven years, so I'm strolling through all the attractions on memory lane, good and bad
Zens_7s

I went back to someone once after being apart for a few years. He was the only person I had a ugly break-up with so I kept trying to not be nostalgic and give it a clean start. Then we got engaged. Then un-engaged. Hilarity ensued.

Speaking of that, some day I will E-Bay the unworn wedding dress that still hangs in the closet.

I have found myself in a similar situation... something that I have discovered is that you can't go back to a bad relationship and hope to fix it. Love is not enough when dealing with a psychopath!

The good thing in this case is that she's now married. This is a regaining of friendship, sans any kind of weird pressure. Definitely a breathe easier kinda thing.

Good relationships that end in a misunderstanding are the worst... because if you stay in touch you two are bound to figure out that you should have stayed together and that your current relationships suck!
Then begins months, if not years, of trying to figure out how to get out of the ones you are in while also getting back together.

I've always found Brendan's dad on Home Movies to be a bit handsome. In fact, I think my boyfriend bears a slight resemblance to him, only without orange hair. For some reason when I tell him this he doesn't understand that I mean it as a compliment.

She's really happy, and frankly that's all I've ever wanted for her. It does suck though to have things dissolve for no real reason. I'm over the want to be her partner, but it seems we're both of the mindset tha twe had too much to offer each other as just people to let these years go by like we did.

Come on, you can't change the Dude! This isn't Vietnam, this is the Poop Shoot--there are rules.
And, on topic, I have a confession to make. You know that girl cat with the white stripe on her tail that Pepe Le peu used to chase around? Well, I secretly had the hots for her. The way she batted her eyelashes, I was entranced.

Yeah, I've decided not to change it. I tried to find a new one, but none were as pretty as Jeffrey Lebowski.
Speaking of the Pepe, have you ever seen that Dave Chapelle bit, where he's talking about how Pepe is kind of a rapist? Hilarious.

well if you ever want to have real sex (not the tv show) then i would suggest you find a real woman...you can't get by on animations and masturbation for the rest of your life /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
Zens_7s
10-15-2003, 02:39 PM
Maybe not, but it requires a lot less complication, dealing with moodiness, catering to whims, etc. than the alternative.
As Woody Allen says, "Hey! Never knock masturbation. It's sex with someone [you] love."
