Ok movie lovers name the movie this quote comes from and who said it??

Sorry, Matthew, but the biggest problem with these threads (I started one a while back too /forums/images/icons/smirk.gif) is that people post a quote, and sometimes don't check back for a week.

...makes it kinda hard to keep the game going.

Matthew
10-07-2003, 08:14 AM
I realize that, it kinda sucks. I can understand an hour or 2, or even overnight, but this is getting boring. I am pretty sure I am right, so I will pass this one on.. (getting a little harder now, but not a lot.)

"Oh bliss! Bliss and heaven! Oh, it was gorgeousness and gorgeousity made flesh. It was like a bird of rarest-spun heaven metal or like silvery wine flowing in a spaceship, gravity all nonsense now. As I slooshied, I knew such lovely pictures!"

Droogan_Leader

A man after my own heart. A Clockwork Orange, I presume. Since that's my favorite quote from the movie, I'll go ahead with the next one, if that's just fine with you, Matthew:

"I can't fight it anymore. I ran away from you once. I can't do it again. Oh, I don't know what's right any longer. You'll have to think for both of us, for all of us."

Hint: This line precedes one of the greatest lines in all of cinema. Good luck!

"Where I'm going you can't follow. What I've got to do you can't be any part of. Ilsa, I'm no good at being noble, but it doesn't take much to see that the problems of three little people don't amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world. Someday you'll understand that. Now, now … here's looking at you, kid."

Ahh, Casablanca. One of my all time favorites. Correcto, sir?

"Well, this is where you came in, back at that pool again, the one I always wanted. It's dawn now and they must have photographed me a thousand times. Then they got a couple of pruning hooks from the garden and fished me out... ever so gently. Funny, how gentle people get with you once you're dead."

These things are not as much fun as they used to be... most people (or all) just look up the answers by doing a simple search. And if they can't find it via a simple search then they don't answer.

I have tested this theory by taking a quote I know from a movie and then doing a search for it. When I came to a quote that was not easily searchable I posted it and NO ONE got it. Hmmm...
