Well, for six of you, anyway. For the angelic and devilish alike, we're gonna offer up three (trois) copies each of the new THE LION KING (due 10/7) and SCARFACE (released this week) DVDs. Details in my column on Monday. To give you all a head start, start thinking of the most creative use of the word "fuck" that you can.
Haven't decided on the Lion King parameters yet.
Was this a commercial? It sounds like a commercial. Where they say the word "fuck." But there's no benefit to us from this commercial, it's all for you wonderful people.
Still planning a bigger contest, too, but these will suffice for now.

Uhh....sure. I don't have a problem with coming up with ideas. Just trying to look out for those less fortunate to never have won anything because they couldn't come up with creative ideas.

I'd say the best thing everyone can do to get ready is use that word as often as possible this weekend, really get experimental with it.

Leave it to people to come up with an idea for a contest that would appeals to the lowest of the low. And it was just so recently that I read an article saying the profanity nowadays has run rampant through society. People use the word fuck as much as they use the word thanks. It just goes to show that things in the world are becoming less taboo.

Well, it wasn't "people" that came up with it, it was me. And I suppose I could do another boring (and time-prohibitive) old contest asking trivia questions or having people write an essay on what Scarface means to them...or I could have fun with one for once.

Stupid fuckin' article, if you ask me.
I'm not saying you have to enter the thing, but don't crap, er, poop, on it because it doesn't appeal to you. At the end of it all, 3 people are going to get a brand-new copy of the just-released SCARFACE DVD and I'm just trying to let it be fun and play off that movie's overuse of the word. I do my best to keep all the profanity and everything here to a minimum, but moralizing about the use of a curse word is pretty lost at a place called Movie Poop Shoot. Besides, running any contests is immensely tough for me to find time for, so the option is simplify the entering or else stop doing them, and I'd rather find ways to get people free stuff.
Okay, I'm done ranting now. You can always enter the LION KING contest next week, I'm pretty sure that one won't encourage any use of profanity.

Well, I didn't agree with it either. It is stupid. I have nothing against the use of profanity. Maybe it's just that words like 'fuck' are used so comely now that it loses it's original meaning and sense. But you still see people complaining that society is now in a downward spiral because of things like that. I apologize if I offended you or anything. I assure you that it wasn't my intention. I just want to make a point, that people in society now are still so hung up on the idea that it's still possible to create a morally ideal world.

I remember that movie the word fuck was used so many [censored] times I thought I was going to go out of my mind because the whole time I was thinking holy fuck who uses this kinda [censored] language? One things for sure I don't even [censored] think these [censored] words.
