Just watched the extras on the dvd. How the [censored] can a movie be fined $10,000 by some [censored] organization called GLADD ( [censored] something something) for making some derogatory comment about fags. Is this some sort of secret government thing that can usurp our freedom of speech? And why would that fat [censored] bend in the wind to their demands. Way to go Silent Bob. Hope you sleep well every night. You’re my hero.
BTW. Chasing Amy blew chunks. And if some Chewbacca looking perv can get Shannon Elizabeth then their is hope even for these site creators (i.e. BORING....BLAh BLah Blah)

All of this homophobia, yet a note (I assume to Kevin) asking for love. You know, I really should have paid more attention in psychology in college, because this one has me puzzled.

YOU censored the word G A Y? Give me a break!! You should rename the message board- NO EXPRESSION ACCEPTED.
Criticize a G A Y group and you’re labeled a homophobe. That’s rich coming from a site that’s called poop shoot.

Good point, and seeing how only homosexuals are the only ones allowed to use the word "[censored]" in a non-derogitory (or not takling about British cigs) way, I will please request that you stop looking at my ass.
Now.
I mean it.

Well, I would tell you that if you use a word like "[censored]" here again, you're gonna be banned, but after reading your other post, I'm pretty sure that's a foregone conclusion, so wave bye-bye to the nice people.
And for everyone else--he's NOT being banned for having a negative opinion of Kevin's work. I might find it classless to come to the guy's own site and just arbitrarily rip the guy--he IS the reason you're here, after all--but I won't ban you for having an opinion. I encourage anyone to express any opinion. But when it turns into either a personal attack, an excuse to just throw around needless profanity or homophobic comments, then I can't see any need for you to be here.
Have an opinion, just say WHY you don't like something, and do it without calling names. That ain't so hard, right...?
While I don't agree at all with the language and the opinion of the recently banned, it is a question I was pondering when I watched the film as well- the whole getting fined by GLADD thing... How does that work? Is it some sort of weird California thing? I know the film industry out there has a lot of restrictions- I've heard you practically have to have a permit just to shoot your kid's dance recital out there. It just doesn't seem right that an organization can levy a fine and expect payment from a filmmaker who may or may not be a part of that organization. I can see calling for a boycott, but actually fining the filmmaker? Especially for the bit J&SBSB... Seems a bit Draconian. Like if the NBA fined me ten grand for cussing out the ref at a pick up game. As an independent film maker myself, I'm kinda curious, if anyone knows or cares to share...

It wasn't a fine, it was extortion.
Anyway, to those who don't like being censored... don't post here if you don't like how things are moderated. This is a private site not a democracy.

I personally find the [censored] thing to be pretty funny...it's like the Osbournes, only funny because you can't read it. Ever seen that show unedited? It's just boring.
I'll loosen up on language if this plays stays how it is, but anyone who was here last time saw how quickly it turned into Lord of the Flies, only with "[censored]" and "[censored]" instead of conch shells. I just don't want the place to implode again, and really, I think asking people to just be somewhat cordial and not trash each other or the guy who's footing the bill here isn't really such a strict bit of rules. There's 8 million other places on the Net if all people want to do is say "he sucks!" and [censored]!

I actually dig the [censored] stuff. It's like trying to puzzle out what J. Jonah or Beetle Bailey meant by "@#$!%"
Keeping it clean has dissuaded a lot of the lesser element. We all saw what happened to BushWood once Dangerfield joined. Randy Quaid, Jonathan Silverman, anyone could get in.

I think it's pretty funny as well. It's like trying to play swear word Mad Libs.

he calls the spoof kelly osbourne a cyndi lauper fraggle rock throwback. and then eventually he starts getting bleeped, really you gotta see the sketch cause my description ont do it justice. ANyway thats just some characters he alwaso makes fun of craiiiiig daaaaaaavid, britney spears, Melanie B david blaine and some others, but anotehr of his good ones is foreign celebrity stalker Avid Merrian.
