I enjoyed the hell out of that. You guys are great. Brian, you're the writer, so we could pretty much stick anyone with a pulse and an opposable thumb in your spot. But you had the good sense to hook up with Jon, and that shows that you know a good pair of coat tails when you see them.

I love Jon's artwork. Not just the way he draws the characters themselves, but the color and texture, too. Like the sky in the final frame. Is that watercolor? Awesome. And that scene in the cove with the dolphins jumping all around? Jon does this thing to create a sparkle or shine effect, it looks like he erased a spot and smoothed or faded out the edges. He uses it for the water in the cove, and also on Variant's teeth during a photo session. Nice work, Jon.

And I guess you're alright too, Brian. The comic probably doesn't suffer for having you on board.
