Good to see Scott back as well. Just always has a great flow too it. Not that I don’t love it when Walt and Brian are on, but Scott is like, a surprise every time he’s on…even though he’s in the title of the ‘cast.

I thought the Branford show was going to be a cluster-fuck of a panel. Kev, Scott, Jason, Walt, etc. Like a Charlie Rose-esque roundtable with all the boys. Maybe that’s too many voices for one show, however. Hmm. It’d be a great experiment.
Either way, I hope y’all release it. Chances are it’s going to get out anyway. Technology being what it is today.

I’d be curious to see if any pirate copies of the Carnagie Hall gig show up. Doubtful, because I imagine security will be much tighter at that gig.

I’ve just recently discovered smodcast and I’m so beyond happy I’ve found it. You guys are so funny! I’ve been going back and listening to the older ones whenever I can. These smodcasts make me so beyond happy I can’t even really describe the feeling. Please don’t ever stop! I mean, I want you to keep doing these from beyond the grave, dude!

I wouldn’t want to see them charge money for it, even a dollar, even if it’s going to charity. (For reasons they’ve already gone into in previous Smodcasts.)
I’ll happily donate to the charity, just as I happily bought from thinkgeek when they were the sponsor. I just don’t want the guys to eventually fall out of love with making the show, because money got involved.

I agree with the concept of charging for the Live Smodcast on iTunes, or something. I would pay a few bucks to hear it, whether it went to charity or not, though it does seem like a great way to raise a few bucks for the Gretzky thing from those of us who are unable to travel to the actual event.
At least release it in one form or another! What would Helen Keller do?!?

Kev always asks for more details about what Scott’s going to say. If someone’s telling a story, and they skip over a detail, or you want to know more about a detail, asking them about it isn’t cutting them off, that’s getting more story out of them.
It’s one of the reasons they work well together. Kevin’s a good storyteller, and Scott’s good at doing spontaneous shit that makes little or no sense at all, but is fucking hilarious. You know, like metamorphosing sasquatches.

Just got back from the Brantford show, and I hope they realease it. It was about 2 and a half hours, and it was like SModcast all-stars. Kev and Scott of course, but there was Jen, Malcolm, Bryan, Ming and even Katie Morgan and Jim Jacks. Holy cow it was amazing. I don’t think Ken would be able to score it though, but it’d still be worth it. There were some insanely funny bits.

The show was hilarious, it’s even funnier when you can see the guys. Mosier was supposedly nervous but it didn’t show at all.
It’s an 8 hour round trip for me to go to Brantford, and from the sounds of things, I’m going to be making it once a year. I’ll be going back as often as Smodcast does.

Weird! I’ve always pictured the same thing. I know they said their voices are in different channels, but I never really noticed if their voices were more dominant on one side or the other. I wonder if that has anything to do with it….

so i think this was the funniest smod casts i have listened to ever. I used to work at a country radio station and the evening lady would do a song that reminded me of exactly what you said. It was all about how some man had promised her the moon and only gave her a trailer and a addiction to over the counter cold medication.
You know the full massage thing is not that strange compared to a swingers club little rub tug from lin lin or getting it on with Ms. Archer who you are teaching her son at the local junior high school. My friend lost his teaching license because of the whole deal. Loved it keep the coming…

Generally you can use the find option in each smodcast thread such as this one and look for the word song, typically one of the first posters will list it somewhere. Helps me find the song titles quicker then reading through all the posts.
As for Morgan Olson… you sound like a dude with some stories, never a bad thing.
